How Do I Become a Spotter?
|
Anyone can become a volunteer weather spotter for the National Weather Service. All it takes is an hour or two of training.
Our local spotter program leader conducts training sessions often throughout the area. If you are interested in attending, please Click Here to visit our contacts page and send us a note.
We are in the middle of creating an online training course that you will be able to take in lieu of attending a formal training session. Please check back in the next couple of months for an update on this.
