1. Exit NETL Pittsburgh onto Wallace Road; follow Wallace Road to Ridge Road.
2. Turn left on Ridge Road; follow Ridge Road to Stop at Piney Fork Road. 
3. Proceed forward through Stop (Ridge becomes Piney Fork Road) to four-way Stop at Old Brownsville Road (COGO at far left corner).
4. Turn left onto Old Brownsville Road; bear left at first Stop and continue on Old Brownsville ROAd to PA-88.
5. Turn left on PA-88, proceed through Finleyville.
6. Bear right onto Venetia Road, continue to Linden Road.
7. Turn left onto Linden ROAd, continue to Thomas Road.
8. Turn left onto Thomas Road to PA-519.
9. Proceed forward onto PA-519 to I-70W.
10. Take I-70W to I-79S.
11. Merge right at Exit 21 onto I-79 S toward Morgantown WV (proceed ~39 miles).
12. Take Exit 155 (Star City) at WV-7, West Virginia University.
13. Turn left onto Chaplin Hill Road.  Proceed to 2nd light (US-19 intersection).
14. Turn right onto US-19; move immediately to far left lane; proceed to first light (pass bridge).
15. Turn left onto Boyers Avenue.
16. Turn right onto University Avenue.
17. Turn sharp left onto Collins Ferry Road, turn into NETL entrance on the right.
