The IFOAM Forum of Farmers Groups |

The Forum of Farmers Groups (IFFG) is a self-organized initiative of
IFOAM Affiliates that first met at the 1998 General Assembly in
Argentina. The group is not for organizations that are not IFOAM
Affiliates.
The IFOAM Forum of Farmers Groups objectives are:
• supporting the formation of farmers groups in each country
• facilitating their participation in the formation of the policies of IFOAM.
The priorities are:
• capacity building
• participatory guarantee systems (PGS)
• access to markets
• leading the Seed theme within IFOAM
• farmer to farmer exchange
