Arguments in Favor of Organic Agriculture
Organic agriculture is a positive area of economic growth and collective organizing for a variety of reasons related to:  environmental protection; food quality; food security; and social justice.

In these pages you will find research and discussion points that support organic over conventional agriculture. These arguments are useful in creating a dialog not only with those who are positive towards organic, but also with those who have criticisms of organic (See responses to criticisms and misconceptions). Unification of common concepts and messages gains respect and allies for the organic movement.

Resources for advocacy for organic agriculture are also available in these pages. Particularly advocacy which favors the best practices for supporting and furthering the organic movement. We must focus on the positive contribution of organic and common points of interest instead of criticizing the current policies of institutions and organizations. (From Building Sustainable Organic Sectors)

Look at the statistics and the research to get a clearer picture of the global movement of organic agriculture.
