CEC Secretariat provides Council with the final factual record on Pulp & Paper

 
Montreal, 29/06/2006 – On 28 June 2006, the Secretariat of the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) submitted to the CEC Council the final factual record in relation to submission SEM-02-003 (Pulp & Paper).

The Council may, by a two-thirds vote, make the final factual record publicly available, normally within 60 days following its submission.
