| Montreal, 25/11/1997 – The Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) is seeking a
qualified consultant in order to develop guidelines on public consultation within North
America. The objective of the project is to design an effective consultative process to
ensure greater interaction and dialogue between and among all publics interested in
CEC's mission. The guidlines will have to state the objectives and to describe a
detailed proceeding of consultation for all interested publics in the North American
region, in formats that encourage interaction, discussion and concrete results. |
