PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE AND INTERNSHIPS: Plant and Environmental Soil Sciences students usually work during the summer months with agricultural companies, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, research project leaders and many other private and governmental agencies.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Good high school background in college prep courses and a university acceptable SAT or ACT score.
