CRADAs, Patents, and Licenses Opportunities

Under Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), several parties agree to collaborate on a specific research project. No money changes hands with this type of agreement. NETL actively seeks opportunities to partner with the private sector and academia to develop and commercialize new energy and environmental technologies using CRADAs.

NETL makes some inventions available to the private sector for licensing.

Current Technology Transfer Solicitation Open Until 3/16/09, " Development and Commercialization of DOE/NETL Technologies Related to Gaseous Multi-Component Capture"
Generally, the first step in forming a CRADA is an expression of interest to NETL by the potential private-sector participant.
Refer to the listing of patents available for licensing.

Tax Credit Certification Questions
