DOE Conducts "Pre-Application Workshop" for Restructured FutureGen

On August 20, 2008 DOE held a meeting at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport to present overviews (contractual, technical, environmental, intellectual property and cost) pertaining to the final Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) for Restructured FutureGen. This workshop was aimed at providing insight and assistance to potential applicants in preparing an application before the closing date of October 8, 2008, including a Question and Answer session. The six (6) PowerPoint presentations (in pdf) are attached. A compilation of the Questions and Answers will be posted on the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) within 10 days.
