I appreciate seeing the year to year comparision on my annual property tax statement. I hope it can continue.

I know my local governments are trying to keep the taxes down, but two of the three school districts that I pay property taxes to are not. 

We also have to remember that the mills can stay the same, but if the valulation increases, then the taxes can go up, too.

Maybe with the cooling of the housing market, valuations will eventually go down.
