HHS Secretary Leavitt Speaks on Health Diplomacy at the Global Health Policy Center of the Center for Strategic and International Studies

On December 12, 2008 - U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Michael O. Leavitt delivered an address on the increased role of health diplomacy in U.S. foreign policy, and offered reflections on his period of leadership at HHS.  The speech was given under the auspices of the Global Health Policy Center of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
