Staffs from the brood stock facilities in the Great Lakes Lake Trout program request assistance each year with fall spawning. This year, Jordan River staff assisted at Iron River and Sullivan’s Creek NFHs. 

Fish Biologist, Wayne Talo, helped at Iron River NFH the first week in October, while John Johnston provided assistance at Sullivan’s Creek.  Fish Biologist Paul Haver worked at Sullivan’s Creek the week of October 9^th.  Chris Olds, STEP student at Jordan River NFH, from Lake Superior State University, assisted in spawning as well.
