Leonardo DiCaprio has been named the new ambassador to the Tag Heuer Carrera timepiece line. According to a Tag Heuer spokesperson, Leonardo has signed on for three years.

Under the new deal, all royalties generated will be donated toward major environmental causes and initiatives. Additionally, DiCaprio has made a multi-million dollar pledge toward the green causes. It's great to see celebrities giving back to eco-friendly charities.

Previously, Brad Pitt was the ambassador for six years, however his contract with the company ended last month. DiCaprio's first campaign will be released in the spring with Leonardo wearing the Carrera Day-Date model.

Awards season is now in full swing with the Golden Globe Awards taking place on Sunday night. From sparkling jewelry to bold clutches, we saw a variety of terrific accessories to complement the gorgeous gowns at the Golden Globes.

I know that it was supposed to be all in good fun. But when Sarah Silverman walked the red carpet in her ugly black prom dress and dirty red Converse sneakers, I didn't laugh. Did you?

At VH1's 14th Annual Critics' Choice Awards this past week, comedian Silverman clowned around in her tacky outfit. I'd much rather that celebrities tried to dress up for awards shows. Of course, there are always fashion disasters even when they are trying, but I like to see as many gorgeous gowns, accessories and shoes as possible.

The Golden Globe Awards are tonight, so I'm sure we'll see a lot more pretty outfits (along with some flops as well) later this evening. Check back tomorrow when we'll talk about all the fabulous accessories from tonight's show.

On Wednesday night, the celebrities hit the red carpet for the 35th Annual People's Choice Awards. Most of the fashions were gorgeous with just a few flops.

When it comes to accessories, we saw lots of beaded clutches, dazzling jewelry and metallic sandals. Katherine Heigl skipped the gown and wore a tuxedo instead. She pulled back her hair with skinny black headbands to show off her beautiful face.
