Michigan’s
Coordinated School Health Program (CSHP) is a collaborative effort between
the Michigan Department of Education and the Michigan Department of
Community Health. Michigan receives funding from CDC’s Division of
Adolescent and School Health to promote coordinated school health, provide
HIV prevention education, and conduct the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS).
The goal of the CSHP is to improve the health and academic success of
Michigan’s children and youth.
