  A number of minor changes were made to improve the functionality of the database. In particular, the presentation of the experiment/theory difference values was modified so that the uncertainties contain two significant figures.

  The ASCII output formats (both Tab Delimited and Fixed Column) have been modified so that uncertainties are listed as separate values, rather than as in the HTML output format which provides uncertainties in parentheses immediately following numeric values. This enables the user to more easily "copy and paste" the data into, for example, a spreadsheet program.
