Version 1.0 June 2006		All database records have been converted to a new system based on MySQL. Many old references have been corrected. The Web interface and the system of search key words have been simplified. A procedure allowing for automatic daily updates of the database Web page has been implemented.
Version 1.0-alpha May 2005		Approximately 7900 references, dating from 1939 through 2002, have been converted from several separate NIST internal databases and NBS Special Publication 363 to a file-based system. A Web interface has been designed, implementing the data search using keywords for the research topics defined in the previously published Bibliography on Atomic Energy Levels and Spectra, NBS Special Publication 363.
