SUBPART 1407.1 -- ACQUISITION PLANS

1407.102 Policy

The Department has implemented its acquisition planning system in 404 DM.This system meets the criteria prescribed in FAR Subpart 7.1. 375DM, IRM Program Management, and 376DM, Automated Data Processing, address strategic planning for IRM and planning for acquisition of federal information processing resources.

1407.301 Policy

404 DM,Acquiring Commercial or Industrial Products and Services, addresses the requirements of OMB Circular A-76.

1407.307 Appeals

a) 212 DM 13.10 delegates authority to OHA for appeals of agency decisions under OMB Circular A-76. In addition, Department appeal procedures required by OMB Circular A-76 are codified in 43 CFR 4, SubpartM.
