Use this form to report a possible giant hogweed site in Massachusetts. The information you provide will be reviewed to determine the likelihood that the plant is giant hogweed.

All reports will be followed up by a Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources official, and you may be contacted by a state inspector for a site visit if we feel further investigation is necessary. We thank you for your assistance with preventing the establishment of giant hogweed in our state.
