Who is responsible for issuing identity credentials to online government service end users?
An approved Identity Provider can issue identity credentials. E-Authentication will review the policies and procedures used by the Identity Provider to determine if it may provide credentials for use with E-Authentication, and, if so, at what level of assurance.
