BHNF-2002-062 – Occupancy & Use Restrictions – Black Elk Wilderness

Pursuant to Title 36 CFR 261.50(a) and/or (b), the prohibitions listed below and applicable to National Forest System lands on the Black Hills National Forest is hereby terminated effective immediately.  Post a copy of this termination order in your special order notebooks with the individual rescinded order.  Place the updated Public Notice listing on your public bulleting boards and in your special order notebooks.
