OakMapper: As part of its SOD monitoring strategy, the UC Center for the Assessment and Monitoring of Forest and Environmental Resources (CAMPFER) maintains the OakMapper GIS application - a tool that allows the user to learn about P. ramorum distribution in California. Using OakMapper it is possible to perform geographic queries, create maps, and log potential SOD sitings.

Maps: Maps from various local, state, national and international agencies and institutions are on this page. These are images that show some aspect of Phytophthora ramorum and/or Sudden Oak Death, and are generated within various organizations using whatever techniques their programs support.

Image Library: The image library includes photos of hosts and associated species, landscape level photos, and special collections of Phytophthora ramorum images.

The Nature Conservancy, The Invasive Species Initiative, Gallery of Pests: TNC has put together a Gallery of Pests, of which Phytophthora ramorum is one. This page shows some interesting images and maps as well as providing a brief history and some related literature.

About the Task Force. Created in August 2000, the California Oak Mortality Task Force (COMTF) is a nonprofit organization, under the California Forest Pest Council, that brings together public agencies, other nonprofit organizations and private interests to address the issue of elevated levels of oak mortality.
