January 23 – 25: Monster Nationals Truck & Thrill Show
The Veterans Memorial Coliseum at the Alliant energy Center
The line-up of monster trucks at each venue has been second to none and never less than 5 trucks appearing at each event. Nationally recognized trucks as Bigfoot, Nitemare, War Wagon, Executioner, Black Stallion, Grave Digger, and more have all competed under the Monster Nationals Banner. Events are Fri & Sat at 7:30pm, and Sun at 1pm. Ticket prices are $22 and $12 in advance or $22 and $15 day of event.

Ten-time Grammy winner Bobby McFerrin is one of the world’s best-known vocal innovators and improvisers. His recordings have sold more than 20 million copies, and he has collaborated with the likes of Yo-Yo Ma, Chick Corea, the Vienna Philharmonic and Herbie Hancock. McFerrin is a vocal explorer who combines jazz, folk and a multitude of other musical influences, employing his amazing four-octave vocal range and vast array of special voice effects in unique and unexpected ways.

January 22: Larry the Cable Guy

Famous for blue collar comedy, Larry the Cable Guy has most recently starred in movies “Witless Protection”, “Delta Farce” and a Christmas special, “Larry the Cable Guy’s Star-Studded Christmas Extravaganza.” The comedy show at the Coliseum begins at 8 pm.

Majestic Theatre holds a Winter Dubtacular featuring the performers The Drastics, Roots Collective, The Takebacks and DJ F.R.P. Tickets are $10 at door and $2 off with swimsuit!
January 24: Children of the Rainforest- Serevende Marimba
Olbrich Botanical Gardens
Enjoy lively music and dance! This premiere performance of the Madison-based Serevende Marimba Ensemble will have adults and children alike bobbing to the rhythms of this unique combination of multiple marimbas, from baritone to soprano, along with drums from Brazil, Cuba, and West Africa.
