The purpose of this amendment to announcement 08HQ25-NoSolicitation is to update the questions posted at http://www.usgs.gov/contracts/acq_opp/EROS_index.html. The update to the questions is in red for convenience. This has become necessary due to the recent award for the LDCM spacecraft. The update reflects the current knowledge of the spacecraft to ground downlink specifications.

The due date for responses to this RFI remains unchanged at 2:00pm, Eastern Time, 06/02/2008.
