New Jersey lawyer

Business meeting

A person or persons who have learned in the law as a solicitor, counsel or attorney can take the name of lawyer, or in other worlds a person who is licensed to practice law.  The law is in place in order to maintain stability, correct wrongs and deliver justice to the people.  Legal knowledge and theories as well as a practical application are put in place in order to solve problems and maintain the law.
There are a various amount of lawyers, all of whom have studied and are specialised in different fields.  The law in England is very different nowadays to what is was 70 years ago, during the 1940’s the police force wouldn’t have thought twice about beating a confession out of a suspect, or giving a child a clip around the ear for being rude or insolent.  The society we live in today makes certain aspects of punishment against the law.  Although the law has been made easier in other respects, with the use of DNA and genetics, eliminating suspects has become much easier, meaning that the right man will be caught every time if the police have DNA evidence.  This also means that a lawyers job is much easier where DNA evidence is involved.

New Jersey is one such place that has many lawyers, it also has an array of historical sites for a tourist to enjoy.  There is something for everyone in New Jersey.  The historical sites in New Jersey are open all year round.  Some of the sites which are visited on a yearly basis by tourists are the Barnegat Lighthouse, which is situated on the north edge of Long Beach Island.  The area surrounding the lighthouse and the panoramic view from the top is of Island Beach.  In Wharton State Forest, the village of Batsto is made up of 33 historical structures and buildings, which include workers homes,  a general store, a sawmill, gristmill and Batsto mansion.  This village is well worth a visit.

The old canal system at Delaware Raritan Canal State Park is still in operation today, and is a constant reminder to back when the delivery of goods and freight were dependent upon steam boats on the water, and on dry land a good deal of mules.  The canal consists of over 35 miles of central canal and over 21 miles of feeder canal.  There are many historical structures which can be seen along the canal bank, which too remain intact.
