To purchase maps by mail, print this order form, fill it out completely and mail with your payment to: Black Hills National Forest, 1019 N. 5th Street, Custer, SD 57730. Make your check or money order payable to Black Hills Parks and Forests Association (BHPFA).

You can purchase any of the following forest and grassland maps for $9.00 each (paper) or $10.00 each (plastic). Black Hills National Forest maps are now available only in plastic.
