Overview:
Prepare yourself for your new Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) duties by clearly identifying the issues and your obligations. You learn about special protection groups and how to apply EEO principles to human resources management operations. You learn the EEO complaint process and the roles of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Office of Personnel Management, Federal Labor Relations Authority, Merit Systems Protection Board and the Office of Special Counsel in this process.

This course is also part of the Certificates of Accomplishment in Human Resources Management.
