Angler Recognition Certificate Program

About the program

click to view sample The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission has initiated a new program where individuals wishing to commemorate a special fishing experience can do so with a web-generated Recognition Certificate.

These certificates are designed especially with our youth anglers in mind who have taken their first fish. Other individuals who wish to produce a certificate are also welcome to participate in the program. CLICK HERE for a sample certificate.

All you need to create a certificate is a digitized photo of your special occasion and complete the form below with important information about your event that will appear on the certificate. Read the detailed instructions below and then "Show us your fish!"

How the system works:
  1. Complete this form providing the basic information about your successful experience.
  2. Prepare a digital photo of your success that will be displayed on the Recognition Certificate. CLICK HERE for a sample certificate.
  3. The maximum size of a photo is 400x300 pixels.
    Horizontal Format will fit best on the certificate - File format must be .JPG
    If you do not know how to use image editing software to prepare and resize your photos consult other internet resources for assistance. A good inexpensive photo/image editor is Paint Shop Pro by Jasc.
  4. An email will be automatically sent to you at the email address you provided,
    confirming your submittal.
  5. The email will contain additional instructions on how to send us your photograph.
  6. Once your photograph is submitted you can check the Certificate Program homepage at http://www.ngpc.state.ne.us/fishing/programs/certificates to view and optionally print your Certificate of Recognition!
