Besides obtaining account and loan information, you can use Agriculture Federal Credit Union's (AFCU) Bill Payment Service to pay your bills to anyone in the continental U.S. AFCU makes paying your bills much easier because once you arrange for bill payment, all you need to do to pay a bill is select who you are paying, the amount of the bill, and when the bill is due. If I elect to use AFCU's Online Bill Payment Service, I understand that if funds are not available in my account, at the time I schedule payment(s), that payment(s) will not be processed. I understand that additional fees, may be applied to my account which may include, but are not limited to, insufficient funds, stop payment, and check copies*. By using AFCU Online Bill Payment Service, I authorize AFCU to deduct any appropriate fees from my share draft account. If there are insufficient funds in my account to pay these fees and/or charges when they are due, I authorize AFCU to deduct these fees and/or charges from any other account that I hold at AFCU. I understand that all fees are subject to change following notice to me. I understand and accept liability for all transactions made by me, by joint owners, or by anyone else to whom I give my account number, PIN and/or Password. I further understand that withdrawals and transfers may affect the dividend and interest earned on my account(s).

When using AFCU Online Bill Payment Service, I authorize AFCU to post payment transactions generated to those account(s) indicated from available funds in my account. I authorize payments to be debited from my checking account at approximately 12:01 am. on the Processing Date. I understand funds for payment must be available in my account at the end of the business day prior to the Processing Date. I understand payments are sent to the Payee on the Processing Date. I understand if the Processing Date is Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, the payment is sent on the next business day. I understand the posting times are subject to change at any time. I also understand I am in full control of my account and if at any time I decide to discontinue this service, I agree to provide written notice to AFCU to terminate this service.

My use of AFCU's Bill Payment Service signifies that I have accepted the terms and conditions of this service. I agree that payments will only be made to those payees for whom I have furnished AFCU with the names, addresses, and account numbers. I agree when AFCU receives payment instruction(s) through AFCU Online Bill Payment Service, Metavante, the third party vendor that has been contracted to make payments on my behalf, will remit funds to the payee on my behalf from the available funds in my account to arrive as close to the business day designated by me as reasonably possible. While it is anticipated that most transactions may be completed on the designated day, it is understood that due to circumstances beyond AFCU's control, payments may take up to 5 business days (excluding holidays) by check or 2 business days (excluding holidays) by electronic transfer (ACH) to reach the vendor. For this reason, it is recommended that all transactions be scheduled to be paid at least 10 business days before the actual due date, not the late date. AFCU is not liable for failure of payments to reach their destination, or any service fees, penalties, or late charges levied against me for any reasons, which includes but is not limited to: (i) my failure to provide AFCU with the complete and correct payee/merchant name, address or account number information; or (ii) my failure to schedule the payment at least 10 business days prior to the date my payment is due; or (iii) the payee/merchant mishandles or delays the payment; or (iv) my account does not have sufficient funds to complete the transaction; or (v) AFCU Online Bill Payment Service processing center is not functioning properly or not available due to system maintenance and I knew or had been advised by AFCU about the malfunction before I completed the transaction; or (vi) there were circumstances beyond AFCU's control (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, act of God, civil disobedience) which prevents the transaction, despite reasonable precautions AFCU has taken to avoid such circumstances; or (vii) if my computer, modem, telephone or related equipment was not functioning properly. I understand that governmental offices (i.e. IRS, child support) cannot be paid through AFCU's Online Bill Payment Service.

Please read and click on the "AUTHORIZE" button in the Bill Payment page to utilize this service and acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms above. Allow five business days for Metavante to process your authorization.

Please visit AFCU's bill payment after the required setup period of five business days. At that time you will be able to use Bill Payment. This will serve as your only notification.
