| Learn how to use one of the newer human resources flexibilities: category rating, an alternate and streamlined method for evaluating candidates for federal jobs. This course covers the appropriate use of category-based rating; the application of Veteran's Preference under Public Law 107-296; the preparation of certificates for the selecting official; and the proper selection of candidates from the certificate. |
