ORGANIC PRODUCE and TAI CHI CHUAN
Ginger Ridge Farms is now offering fresh,
certified organic produce by subscription (CSA). For $100/month your family
can eat a wide variety of certified organic, locally grown food. Delicious
carrots, cabbage, asian greens, salad greens, bananas, and more are picked fresh
and available for pick up every Sunday 12-3pm in Mountain View (Big Island).
Tai chi chuan classes offered each week to CSA subscribers,3-4 pm for $15. Learn
slow, relaxed movements. Once learned, this system of exercise can enhance many
aspects of your life. Taught by Howard James (www.howardjames.info), premier Tai
Chi instructor and personal trainer with over 35 years of teaching experience.
