Overview:
Get the guidance you need as a Special Emphasis Program (SEP) manager. You learn to develop a strategy for managing and implementing your program. You get an overview of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative employment. You learn how to allocate resources, sponsor appropriate SEP activities, conduct briefings and presentations and identify employment barriers that impact your target group.
