Overview:
This course covers the Federal Employees Health Benefit (FEHB) program, the Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) plan, and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), as well as the two retirement systems, CSRS and FERS, and Social Security. Participants will be able to advise new, current and separating employees about their benefits.

This course is also part of the Certificates of Accomplishment in Human Resources Management.

Who Should Attend?
All HR specialists, assistants and clerks, as well as other support staff members who are involved in administering federal benefits.
