This course reviews key information needed by the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), project officer or task manager to ensure successful contract administration. In addition, it provides updates on regulatory changes to the acquisition process.

COTRs and others who have taken the three-day Contracting Basics for COTRs (ACQI7503D) or the five-day Comprehensive COTR Workshop (ACQI7523D) course three or more years ago.
