We are seeking a Molecular Genetics Team Leader to support the growth of our Seeds R&D activities in Toulouse, France. This leader will manage a team of 10 researchers dedicated to the discovery and validation of molecular markers associated to traits of agronomic interest in field crops and vegetables. The team operates across disciplines on integrated discovery approaches combining physiology, genetics, molecular biology, genomics and bio-informatics. Participation in external collaboration and technology projects is expected in an international context.

PhD in biology or associated discipline and 5+ years experience in managing a technology platform and/or experience in conducting major R&D project are required. Advanced knowledge in genetics, molecular biology, bio-informatics and genomics are desired. Ability to work in project teams across disciplines and cultures. Knowledge of marker-assisted breeding and experience in plants are a plus. Fluent in English. Fluent in French or committed to learn French.
