Subsidiary Manager
Vilmorin, subsidiary of Limagrain
(6000 employees) is one of the leading companies in the
vegetable seeds sector dedicated to professionals. For our
continued international expansion we seek a Morocco
Subsidiary Manager.
Position based in Casablanca, Morocco.
Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, you manage the whole of
the commercial, development and administrative activities of
Vilmorin distribution subsidiary on the Moroccan territory.
Core activities:

Define
priorities for the subsidiary and objectives of the
employees

Develop
subsidiary turnover and market shares

Canvass,
follow-up and develop loyalty of the customers

Organize
and animate the team
-
Ensure
the financial and administrative management of the
subsidiary
Profile:
-
Engineer
in Agronomy or Agriculture, Business School with
-
Minimum 5
years experience in the management of a profit center
-
Knowledge
in agricultural supplies or vegetable seeds environment
-
English
and French language skills imperative
-
Organization and interpersonal skills and autonomy essential
