Regional
Supply Manager

To further our corporate objectives, we have an immediate
opening for a talented Regional Supply Manager.
This critical position is responsible for managing the plug and
rooted business including supply strategies, traffic
coordination, as well as maintaining a productive relationship
with the regional sales force.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a Bachelor’s Degree in
Horticulture, Agribusiness or related discipline;
- knowledge of floriculture
crops and 3+ years’ experience in product management, sales
or purchasing preferred;
- demonstrated strong
leadership skills including developing and empowering others
to accomplish team and company goals, incorporating best
practices, as well as leading by example;
- ability to manage
priorities and perform related tasks in a time-sensitive
environment;
- ability to sustain a
30-40% overnight travel schedule to suppliers and customers.
