Role Purpose
Performs
research and/or development in collaboration and support of
molecular marker strategies to create profitable products.
Accountabilities

Research and/or develop
genetic testing, analysis, and evaluation,

Manage and maintain program

Develop and maintain excellent
internal and external customer relationships.
Knowledge, experience &
capabilities
Critical Experience
• 2 years related experience.
• BA required.
• Knowledge of DNA sequencing analysis tools.
• Knowledge of plant breeding, plant biology, statistics and
agriculture.
Critical technical, professional and personal
capabilities
• Maintain high level of professional expertise through
familiarity with scientific literature and exploration of
technology.
• Professionalism including creation of an ethical, highly
communicative and transparent, results oriented environment
within the development team within Syngenta.

• Tenacity and independent decision-making ability to make
