However, over the coming months, it will be regularly updated with the hope that the service provided here will be informative and useful. It is an honor to serve the people of Guam as Lieutenant Governor and it is my privilege to offer this page to my constituents and others who are interested in my activities on behalf of Guam.
The Internet is a great educational tool, and I encourage you to further research the work of your local public officials including members of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branch and in order to address important issues confronting our island community.
