Enhance your skills and increase your knowledge to become an outstanding team/group leader - one who can lead and influence teams to boost productivity and achieve positive results. Learn how to confidently communicate, manage tasks, motivate team members, coach and manage conflict.

In this two-week instructor-led, live online course, you participate in a 1.5-hour class every Monday and Wednesday through the Internet. You master the course content through real-time lectures, exercises, poll questions and slide presentations, and can join class discussions via text chat communication. If you miss any of the four live sessions, you can view the archived session. Between the live sessions, you complete instructional assignments.
