Chapter 2: Forms of Prohibited Discrimination
- Lesson 1: How Discrimination Can Occur

- Define illegal employment discrimination
- Recognize examples of the following forms of employment discrimination and explain why they are illegal
- Disparate treatment -- Acts of intentional discrimination
- Disparate impact -- Practices which have the effect of discrimination

- Non-Accommodation of Disability -- Mental or Physical

- Identify actions most likely to lead to complaints of discrimination
