    If you don't have an Allegheny County library card, you can access the NewsBank News Library and search the back issues of many daily newspapers in larger US cities, including the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Searching NewsLibrary is free, but you must pay to view the full text of the articles. A single article was $2.95 in December 2008.
