Ms. Franklin is the Regional Coordinator for the NebraskaEDGE program. She currently provides entrepreneurial assistance to the areas west of Kearney. NebraskaEDGE is the umbrella organization for rural entrepreneurial training programs hosted by local communities, organizations and associations. Ms. Franklin has a background in community development, promotions, marketing and web design that she offers to the communities of rural Nebraska. She is also a graduate of the University of Nebraska. |
