Welcome

I would like to welcome you to the Food Processing Center. We have a rich and productive history. Since 1983 we have offered both technical and business development services allowing us to meet the needs of many diverse clients and sectors of the food industry. We are a committed partner with the food industry in Nebraska and beyond. Through this unique combination of science, engineering and business development services that accurately reflect the nature of the food industry, we work with small, medium and large firms, companies and entrepreneurs to assist them with increasing their market and economic vitality.

Food is both a science and a business, and we understand the dynamic relationship of these two different, yet interconnected worlds. We also understand the ever-changing challenges of the food industry, and continually add innovative services to meet your needs. That is why we stay steadfast with our mission which is to advance the value-added food manufacturing industry by partnering on technical and business development from idea through ongoing market support.
