Welcome to Commerce Learning Center@NOAA, an employee training and development system available for access 24 hours a day - 7days a week. The Commerce Learning Center@NOAA site is a virtual training center hosting a variety of courses and services.

We are pleased to announce we now offer Live Support - available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week! You no longer need to wait for a Systems Administrator for password problems, new course announcements, or user enrollments.

All employees and onsite contractors with a NOAA email address can register to use the Commerce Learning Center@NOAA. You must be a registered user to view the catalog and take courses during work hours. Students can take an unlimited number of courses during non-duty hours. The training is provided on the internet, and is accessible from any computer with internet access.
