Education is the cornerstone of the Industry. Many do not know what compost is. Others know about it, but do not understand its benefits to the environment. Still others do know about compost and its benefits and are looking for tools to educate those who do not understand.
The USCC believes that a well informed industry, regulators and compost facility operators are a cornerstone to the success of the industry. To facilitate that, the USCC has developed or pulled from other sources brochures, scientific paper and other documents related to composting, its uses and benefits.
