Admission to the memorial is free. Free tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (these tickets are not reservable) for timed programs to the memorial. Timed programs include a 23-minute documentary film about the attack on Pearl Harbor and the boat trip to the USS Arizona Memorial. Programs begin at 7:45 a.m. The last program each day begins at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. The wait time for a program may be as much as three hours depending on the season.


Although the USS Arizona Memorial doesn't have them available, the America the Beautiful- National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Passes are available at the Honolulu Regional Office for the island of Oahu.

These passes are also available at most other National Park Sites. These passes include the Interagency Annual Pass, the Interagency Age Pass (62 years & up), and the Interagency Access Pass (for persons with disabilities).

These passes provide access to all federal land management areas including lands managed by the National Park Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and Bureau of Reclamation.
