No, it is not case sensitive.
Q2 : What should I do if I need all the data listed in the submenu?
You could select the “All data” option and you will receive the data for all the indicators listed in the submenu.
E.g. Enter <data>space<a0> and send message to 74688. You will receive the latest data for all the data 3 national accounts indicators (i.e. GDP/GNI, Per Capita GDP/GNI and GDP (qterly)) in 3 separate SMSes.
Q3 : Why do I receive more than 1 SMS?
As there is a limit of 160 characters per SMS message, you may receive more than 1 SMS if the length of the message exceeds this limit. In addition, please note that the SMSes that make up the message may not reach you in the correct sequence.
Q4 : Why have I not received a response?
The system may be down due to maintenance or system error.
Q5 : Why did I receive an error message?
You may have entered an invalid option code which is not recognized by our service. Please resend your request with a valid option code or key data and SMS to 74688 for the main menu for the available option code.
Q6 : Are there any charges for using this service?
This mobile service is free. However, normal SMS charges imposed by telcos apply.
Q7 : Can I access the service if I am residing overseas but I am holding a Singapore number mobile phone?
No, you can only access the service if you are residing in Singapore.
