Food, Farming and Community - The Voices Project at Michigan State University Museum presents resources to build greater understanding about farmers, farming and food. These issues and relationships affect everyone, everyday. Our health and the environment are at stake. At recent networking conferences for both food writers and culinary professionals, the food systems story has been the main dish. In the aisles of local bookstores around the country and in public meetings about the politics of the plate, the story being told is all about food. But we think this is just the tip of the iceberg.
