VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR ALUMNI MENTORING NETWORKS
In fall 2008, the Office of Alumni Affairs will launch the Alumni Career Mentoring Network with a pilot group of selected alumni and students. In addition, the Alumni Office has deployed 18 alumni over the past year to staff recruitment fairs and events. We are seeking alums in various professions to share their knowledge and insights about career planning and preparedness with DSU students and to promote the DSU experience among prospective students.
All mentors will be required to pass a background check in order to participate in the networks. Interested parties may contact Lorene Robinson at lrobinson@desu.edu or 302-857-7823.
