Drying vegetables and fruits
Description: We need to find the almanac that is most accurate as to the dates to begin drying produce, as well as transplanting and pruning young trees in Arizona. I had heard that research had proven that the defunct "Ladies Birthday Almanac" was the most accurate of all the available Almanacs. However, since the LBA stopped being published some years ago I had hoped that someone might know which currently extant almanac had stepped into the position of "most accurate."

Beetberry - recipe? tips?
Description: Hi,
Surprisingly, my husband and I managed to successfully cultivate our Seeds of Change beetberries! The greens are big and tall, and the berries just began to appear a few days ago. I recall from the catalog blurb that we can eat both the leaves and berries, but am hoping that others might be willing to share their beetberry recommendations. Does anyone have a favorite recipe or tips on preparation (e.g., raw, sauteed, boiled... so on)? I'd love to hear from you.
